Customer Service Representative Jobs

The Customer Service Representative will work directly with customers to assist them with their needs. Responsibilities

• Compile repair quotes
• Work across all areas of the business, including sales, accounting, engineering and operations
• Help customers with order status
• Assist with proposals and bid responses
• Work closely with customers
• Assist sales with accessory quotes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and with a team
• Strong phone skills and active listening
• Detail-oriented and organized
