Airway Intelligence Administrator


Job Summary: The Airway Intelligence Administrator is passionate for helping others through sharing your expertise and problem solving. At our Vivos Technology center, they work to maintain customers and Vivos Certified labs trust in Vivos troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues that might arise. They use their amazing people skills, diagnostic process to ensure that orders and service requests are quickly fulfilled, and technical issues are swiftly resolved. They offer technical advice on processes and best practices to customers and offer support to all team members of the Airway Intelligence (AI) Department. This position requires an individual with customer brilliance, an empathetic nature, strong people skills, and who has a high level of attention to detail.


Main Duties And Responsibilities


  • Other duties as needed
  • Earn the trust of customers, customer team members, manufacturers and team members alike as you offer mentorship, knowledge, and even tips and training.
  • Manage and juggle multiple things at once, while staying conscious of the customers timing demands for orders and turnaround times
  • Provide insightful and friendly advice, hands-on technical support to customers, customer team members, manufacturers, and AI Department team members
  • Serve the AI Department to enable leadership and team members alike to better succeed at each of their respected roles.
  • General Administrative support (meeting and travel arrangements, office supplies, etc) for AI Department leadership and Vivos Technology Center
  • Manage order and collaboration appointment queues, ensuring that all requests are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Offer solutions when repairs can be done or replacements that help customers and patients get up and going again.
  • Support and perform Quality Controls on product and service orders by quickly diagnosing issues on the spot and explaining situations with patience and compassion.
  • Manage and administrate the warranty claim processes and repair orders while ensuring compliance through the documentation and resolution processes.

Requirements


Education, Qualifications and Experience:


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer service-oriented positions required
  • Experience with customer service ticketing systems programs (ZenDesk, ZohoDesk, etc.), CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and webinar software (Zoom, WebEx, etc.) a plus
  • Well versed in MacOS and Microsoft Office suite of products and apps
  • Experience in Dentistry a plus
