Job Description

The successful candidate will have a client-focused approach, a great communicator, a self-starter, and positive character traits of patience, & attentiveness.


:


  • Answer customer calls within a fast-paced environment and obtains all necessary information to provide the best service.
  • Schedule service appointments in the Service Titan software.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Monday - Friday with a rotational Saturday on-call between 6 co-workers.
  • Complete various projects as assigned by management.


Qualifications:


  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Regular attendance at the office in Mint Hill, NC.
  • Minimum of 3 years in other office work experience.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
