KO Business Solutions is a family-owned staffing agency proud to work with a growing plumbing company in Northbrook, IL who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Location: Northbrook, IL

Scheudle: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm

Pay rate: $22/hr depending on experience

The Customer Service Representative would act as a liaison between our customers and our plumbers as we continue to grow. Weve surpassed 80,000 happy customers, and served them together as a team. Our plumbing experts are professionally trained and work with state-of-the-art equipment to deliver high-quality work that saves time and money.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and dispatching field technicians and following up on work results.
• Supports company operations by maintaining office system (Service Titan).
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• The purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to act as a liaison between our customers and our field technicians by answering inbound calls, communicating details to technicians, and providing updates about schedules and service back to the customers.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus, but not necessary.
• Communicating with customer relationship skills, oral and written.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work together as a team member and independently, and on multiple assignments throughout the day.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
