Cognizant, a Fortune 200 corporation, is looking for a team of dynamic Customer Service Representatives in the greater Phoenix, AZ area to deliver world-class experiences to our valued customers. We encourage our Representatives to display critical thinking, analytical skills, high attention to detail, technical writing and good communication and social skills to resolve customer queries and issues. We are especially in need of individuals who can work the overnight shift.
What will you do? As a member of an award-winning team, you will be responsible for responding to customer contacts across phone, email, and chat channels, providing information, troubleshooting advice, and ensuring our customers have a magical experience with new and innovative technology.
Experience and skill
  • Experience/ Knowledge of answering incoming ride related phone calls
  • Ability to coordinate and work with emergency response teams for emergency-based assistance
  • 0 to 2 years of customer service experience. Experience for a ride sharing service / car company preferred.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
Role & Responsibilities
  • Compose thoughtful, concise messages that align with voice across all channels
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of self-driving technology, our service, and M
  • Provide guidance and support to our drivers via phone, chat, and email
  • Monitor user interactions and prioritize inquiries through our internal CRM system
  • Messaging by completing new trainings and knowledge checks in a timely manner
  • Work in time-sensitive situations under pressure in a user-focused environment
  • Bring up issues that arise while troubleshooting to Team Leads
  • Meet internal metrics such as quality, performance SLAs and shift adherence
