Geneo is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the primary point of contact to provide the best possible experience for esthetic customers (med-spas, day spas, resort spas). You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are Xceeding our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the Xperience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Become an expert of Geneos products, practices, and organization structure so you can provide the best customer support.
• Answer customer calls, chats and emails to help them resolve their questions or issues quickly. Most common are order status, account and ordering updates, helping with online ordering and troubleshooting products.
• Work with other departments like finance, sales and operations to get answers for customers.
• Updating customer account information, taking orders, and getting customers to the right person in the organization who can help.
• Working on projects with other team members.

WHAT ARE YOUR X-FACTORS

• Xperience resolving customer problems, educating others and working with computer programs/databases to find information.
• 2+ years of Xperience in a customer service role (can be in a call center, retail or reception.)
• Xperience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software like HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.

(Base Salary Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000)

Xperience counts, attitude matters. The range listed is just one component of Geneo’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits. An employee’s pay position within the listed salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
