YOUR DAYS AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

In this customer care position, you are the smiling face and the cheerful voice that greets our clients when they visit or call. You are the go-to point of contact for our clients, so you always uphold a positive and helpful attitude while at the office. Every day, you promptly answer inbound phone calls, make outbound calls, and respond to emails from our customers.

You skillfully answer any questions our clients have and schedule appointments for services when appropriate. Attentively, you update and maintain our customers' records, accurately completing and filing the necessary paperwork. A team player, you perform other duties as assigned to help keep our customers happy and our office running smoothly. You enjoy speaking with many different people and take pride in ensuring total customer satisfaction!

What We Need From a Customer Service Representative (csr)

  • 3+ years of related experience

  • Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
