As a Customer Service Representative, You Will:

• Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries
• Communicate a variety of information to the customer
• Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction
• Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails and/or chats

As a Customer Service Representative, You:

• Are consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
• Are coachable and open to feedback
• Are a great communicator, both verbal and written
• Have 1 year of customer service experience
• Are a computer pro, comfortable with multiple applications
• Like to win and consistently perform
• Are personable with strong conversation etiquette
• Have the ability work on site at our state-of-the-art campus in Mesa.
