Job Description
Become part of the Transportation Revolution! We are looking for an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. This position will help in dispatching our drivers, working with our customers and overall have great ability to help over the phone.
Your Job Responsibilities Of a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
  • Ensure our operations plan is followed and report any deviations to the customer in a timely manner
  • Manage the day-to-day functions of our drivers by dispatching, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with them
  • Must be able to think out of the box
  • Mentor drivers as needed by setting clear expectations regarding safety, compliance, and on-time performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our drivers and customers
  • Implement our quality-driven process to exceed our customers' expectations
Skills Of a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required
  • Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Fast Paced Environment-Need people that take initiative instead of waiting for direction.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
