We are looking for a highly motivated, positive professional to join the fast-paced Woodbury Customer Service team today!

Prairie Farms customer service team is responsible for providing extraordinary customer service through understanding, anticipating, and responding to the customer’s needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff and customers, both internal and external.
• Process customer billings, adjustments and credits on a daily basis
• Actively enter orders via phone, email, and fax accurately.
• Screen and monitor orders for completeness and accuracy
• Assist customers with order inquiries, shipping information, pricing and other requested information.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues

Key Qualifications

• Excellent active listening skills
• Proficient ten key and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer orientation.
• College degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service
• Excellent organization, documentation, and prioritization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work fluently with email
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced mult-tasking environment
• Able to complete basic mathematics
