Job Summary

This position will help answer phones, enter customer and work order information into the dispatch system, schedule jobs, file paperwork, make follow-up calls to customers, and help with general office duties as needed.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Dispatch technicians
• Data entry
• Schedule jobs with customers
• Answer phone in a professional manner and follow a script
• Enter customer and work order information into dispatch software system
• QuickBooks experience, a plus
• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Document filing
