Job Description

The Customer Service Account Coordinator shows dedication to teamwork, provides distinctive customer service to our customers and is a support role to our outside sales force. The job is all inclusive from presale support to post sale support.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be a

ssigned.

  • Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.
  • Review customer pricing programs to check pricing on purchase orders.
  • Responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Manage CRM database for each customer.
  • Data entry of orders into JDE and/or Presto system.
  • Handle all return requests from customers.
  • Correspond with the Traffic Department and freight carriers to ensure delivery of products and provide customers shipment tracking.
  • Provide a positive customer experience.
  • Enter workorders and special cooler requests to build non-stock equipment for customers.
  • Provide product knowledge and inventory availability to customers.
  • Liaison and support to outside sales staff to support customers.
  • Provide order status and handle order changes for customers including all order management.

Qualifications

  • Applicant must have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and highly self-motivated.
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Some basic freight and/or shipping knowledge is helpful.
  • College degree with an emphasis in business, customer relations or related customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and execute tasks with daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • One or more years of related customer service experience within an office environment required.

The hours for this position are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
