Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has the drive to succeed and is passionate about the Sales industry. This individual should be able to create lasting relationships with clients and have superior listening and communication skills.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning about customers' needs and being an active part of the sales process. Associates will be responsible for selling products, seek out and engage customer prospects.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY


  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Address customer inquiries in a positive, friendly manner.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalently.
  • Present, promote and sell products using proven sales techniques to prospective customer
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop workable business solutions to customer satisfaction issues.
