Location: Remote/Austin

The Customer Operations Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer experience and operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and optimize customer service policies and procedures
  • Oversee customer service operations and ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Manage our customer service team and provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer service and operations
  • Develop and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage and continuously improve our operational systems and processes


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and operations, preferably at a consumer business
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams
