As a small team we are involved in every aspect of the business and play a core role in both retention and revenue generation. As a Customer Care Specialist you would work very closely with all of our internal systems and would need to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to day-to-day work.


We are looking for a dynamic team player with a positive can-do attitude, who constantly exercises initiative and proactivity. We are searching for someone that genuinely loves interacting with people, can build lasting relationships with our customers, and can calmly handle any daily challenges with a positive mindset. Ideally you will have already worked in a customer facing role, and are a confident communicator.


Responsibilities


  • Providing new ideas and innovative solutions for growth in the team
  • Assisting with reports
  • Processing/assisting customers with orders and queries
  • Daily interaction with our fulfilment team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Playing a key role in the day-to-day management of our customers & subscribers
  • Responding to our customer reviews
  • Managing customer enquiries across all channels (including Instagram, Facebook Email, Phone, Online Chat)
  • Working with our marketing team on new customer outreach and win back campaigns


Requirements


  • Experience with Google suite is desirable
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (especially word and excel)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Adaptable team player
  • Highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to excel within the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing company
  • Confident and warm phone manner
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude is essential
