Woodmont is seeking a hardworking, dependable individual to perform all the janitorial duties for our brand new beautiful 250 unit Apartment Community located in Belmont. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. This position requires an individual to clean all exterior common areas, such as: stairways, pool areas, carports, laundry rooms, offices, and models daily. This position may also require painting as well as the use of backpack blowers and power washers.

Salary Range:

• Up to $30.00 per hour
