A day in the life…

The Creative Production Project Coordinator Flex will be assisting in in-office marketing sample coordination. Activities will support Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack monthly content photoshoots for our marketing channels including site, email, digital ads, social, video, print, visual, and more. This flex position is estimated to involve 4-6 days of work per month and will collaborate with some or all of the following teams: Vendor Asset Acquisition, Studio N and Creative.

Tasks include:

• Documenting marketing samples received in various tools
• Supporting the marketing sample turn-in process
• Pulling sample reports in Excel and PowerPoint
• Physically handling sample movement for outgoing and incoming photoshoot shipments

• Maintains expectations regarding process and escalates issues
• Engages appropriate partners, and follows established roles and responsibilities
• Has excellent follow through and demonstrates ownership initiative over assigned tasks

• The ability to constructively communicate with the confidence to hold the line when needed, while also demonstrating curiosity and flexibility.
• The ability to demonstrate curiosity to understand Marketing content development and asset generation process.
• The ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds. Expectation is that lifting will be required approximately 50% of time.
• The ability to multi-task and set measurable objectives.
• A passion for proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and timelines.
• Adaptability, to thrive in an environment of continuous improvement.
• The ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive time schedules in a calm, professional manner, with accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $21.25 - $40.00 hourly

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
