Job Description
We are searching for a talented and motivated Creative Executive Assistant to join our team and assist our executives with their daily operations.

As a Creative Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our executives and ensuring the efficient operation of our offices. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing our shared drive, tracking and entering data, and contributing to a variety of creative initiatives. We seek an individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possesses outstanding organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • * Work with multiple teams to guarantee effective communication and execution of creative initiatives.
  • * Coordinate and prioritize multiple duties and projects concurrently in order to meet deadlines.
  • * Contribute to creative initiatives by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing presentations.
  • * Provide comprehensive administrative support for the executive team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence management.
  • * Manage travel arrangements, including the registration of flights, lodging, and the creation of itineraries.
  • * Perform general office management duties, such as file organization and calendar administration.
  • * Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and handle executive matters with discretion.


Qualifications:


  • * Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based setting.
  • * Problem-solving proactivity and the capacity to anticipate requirements.
  • * Independent and resourceful individual
  • * Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable capacity in an environment that is creative or fast-paced.
  • * Exhibits meticulousness and precision in completing duties.
  • * Capable of utilizing productivity tools and software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems.
  • * Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize duties.
  • * Enthusiasm for the creative industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the organization.
  • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • * Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to perform under pressure.
