Hours: Full time 40 hrs./week (1.5 for overtime)
Duration: Immediate Hire –2026 (Could become permanent)

Role and Responsibilities:
The Cost Estimator shall be responsible for providing project level cost estimates. Prepare and maintain Project Level Estimates through various stages of a project, representing the total project scope.

• Working with Management team to develop bid packages for Task Orders that require it.
• Preparation of estimates for On-Call contract with SCA
• Pricing/Estimating the cost of work to establish an NTE budget for each Task Order
• Organizing and summarizing takeoffs per the requirements of the Project Management Team
• Performing Quantity Takeoffs

Skills & Experience Qualifications

• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Excel, and commonly used office software.
• Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the team
• Organizational skills

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Shall have an associate degree in engineering/architecture and/or construction related field from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years’ experience in general construction estimating; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Infinite Consulting Corp carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s experience, education, and training. The estimated hourly range for this position is $45.00 – $48.00 and full benefits.
