Copier Technician Jobs

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Copier Technician to join our team. As a Copier Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing copier machines and related equipment. You will work closely with clients to ensure efficient and reliable copier operations, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on copier machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to copier machines, including printing, scanning, and faxing functionalities.

Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs to restore copier functionality.

Collaborate with vendors for more complex repairs, as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.

Proven experience as an Copier Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of copier operations and maintenance.

Solid knowledge of copier hardware, software, and networking principles.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving copier-related issues, including hardware repairs and software troubleshooting.
