As a Copier Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.

What you will be doing:

• Maximizing equipment up-time through timely repair
• Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction
• Managing time to be most effective

What you will bring to the role:

• Must have a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
• Computer and analytical skills
• Knowledge of basic networking
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Prior experience in maintaining and repair of office equipment preferred (Canon, HP, Lexmark, Okidata, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox. We will train.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes
• Qualified candidates for this position must be fully vaccinated by start date of hire for the Covid 19 virus and be able to provide proof of vaccination. Fully vaccinated refers to at least two (2) weeks after the final dose on a two-dose vaccination series (Pfizer or Moderna) or at least two (2) weeks after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccination series (Johnson and Johnson).
