Launch is looking for a Coordinator to provide support for a high-volume and fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group.
• Will also provide group admin support to an engineering team of approximately 50 team members.
• Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
• Manages schedule(s).
• Completes special projects as assigned.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• Space management (2+ Years of Experience)
• Executive support experience (2+ Years of Experience)
• Business acumen (3+ Years of Experience)

• Anticipated Wage Range: $45,760.00 – $49,920.00 – Education and experience will be taken into account, and we are happy to discuss your wage expectations.
