Coordinator, Creative

Are you looking for an opportunity to be a crucial part of a dynamic and innovative creative team? If you have strong organizational skills and have the ability to pay close attention to detail, this would be the perfect chance for you! You will serve an important role for the team as you assume administrative duties that allow them to stay focused on the frontline. You will work closely with the creative team, establishing and maintaining relationships with publishers, labels, and other partners.


What You’ll Be Doing.

  • Make sure all writers rooms are clean and fully functional every morning
  • Let all BMG know about upcoming writers shows for the two weeks ahead
  • Manage/Organize the Pitch Information, Tip Sheet, and Holds/Cuts/Releases log
  • Send out “Call Sheet” every two weeks
  • Confirm co-writes for all writes 1 week prior to date of write
  • Create zoom links and/or assign writer rooms for co-writes & handle rescheduling of canceled co-writes
  • Create box links for various pitch meetings and/or pitches
  • Organize Weekly Charts and releases. Send them out to appropriate people


Must Haves.

  • Ability to articulate and explain complex information, adapting presentation and focus to varying audiences
  • You a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and effectively follow through under pressure and/or tight deadlines.
  • You are very collaborative with the ability to be flexible and respond positively to change and new ideas.
  • Basic understanding of music publishing and copyright industry practices
  • You have strong research capabilities and are able to interpret and summarize music publishing forms and data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • You have an exceptional attention for detail and the ability to track and follow through on multiple concurrent projects to completion.
