Daily input and maintenance of schedules for multiple linear networks, with a focus on AMC, utilizing scheduling software and requiring meticulous attention to detail. Monitor and troubleshoot usage and versioning for all scheduled programs.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Take on special projects or additional duties assigned.
- Use quality control procedures to ensure that all weekly and monthly schedules are accurately entered.
- Manage program ratings and competitive programming documentation for all networks.
- Coordinate with Media Planning and Operation teams on program entries, formats, and scheduled versions.
- Track and report inaccuracies to Scheduling Supervisor.
- Utilize companywide scheduling and rights software systems to input and maintain network schedules and supporting metadata.
- Minimum years of experience – one year, with a background in media or television
- Ability to navigate and manage large amounts of detailed information on tight deadlines
- Technical experience – Proficiency with Excel, experience with Scheduling software and/or Wide Orbit is preferred
- Degree and Certifications – Bachelor’s Degree in film/media/communications is preferred
