Job Description

Daily input and maintenance of schedules for multiple linear networks, with a focus on AMC, utilizing scheduling software and requiring meticulous attention to detail. Monitor and troubleshoot usage and versioning for all scheduled programs.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Take on special projects or additional duties assigned.
  • Use quality control procedures to ensure that all weekly and monthly schedules are accurately entered.
  • Manage program ratings and competitive programming documentation for all networks.
  • Coordinate with Media Planning and Operation teams on program entries, formats, and scheduled versions.
  • Track and report inaccuracies to Scheduling Supervisor.
  • Utilize companywide scheduling and rights software systems to input and maintain network schedules and supporting metadata.
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
  • Minimum years of experience – one year, with a background in media or television
  • Ability to navigate and manage large amounts of detailed information on tight deadlines
  • Technical experience – Proficiency with Excel, experience with Scheduling software and/or Wide Orbit is preferred
  • Degree and Certifications – Bachelor’s Degree in film/media/communications is preferred
The base compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $52,000.00, commensurate with experience.
