Cook 2, Regular Full-Time

The Cook will prepare dishes according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. This position will be responsible for operating, maintaining and properly cleaning of all kitchen equipment including but not limited to; deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill.

Two years culinary or related work experience and intermediate culinary knowledge is expected for this position, high school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience is required, proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
