Tive is actively hiring a COO. As the leader of the Operational Teams you will oversee the long term vision and growth strategies of our innovative products and services as well as support and lead the greater operations on a daily basis. You will oversee supply chain management, logistics and distribution across the global organization, embracing full Profit & Loss accountabilities while continuing to build the global logistics network to support international expansion and enhance customer engagement. You will provide Operational Leadership and Management to ensure accurate operational controls, measurement and reporting systems to support a safe, effective and reliable operation.

What do the key responsibilities of the role look like?

• Reviewing, developing, providing detailed analytics, and measuring key metricsPreferred experience with OKRs, or other goal-setting/measuring tools
• Owning the entire supply chain: from hardware manufacturing, distribution, and all the way to customer usage
• Ensuring the operation adheres to applicable laws, audits, and regulations
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Implementing and managing the operational budget
• Preparing, managing and communicating the operational strategy in support of the overarching company strategy
• Understanding of business functions such as Sales and MarketingEnsuring all current safety security practices, protocols, testing, audits and education plans are developed, maintained and communicated across the organization

What skills and qualifications do we want in this role?

• Has owned the entire supply chain: from hardware manufacturing, distribution, and all the way to customer usage
• Has strong supply chain management and logistics backgroundHas demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systemsHas strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and deliver through others
• Is focused on optimizing for gross margin through detailed analytics and deep understanding of what the key operational metrics are
• Has had ultimate accountability in managing complex operational organizations and can balance costs and reaching goals to grow the business.
• Is knowledgeable of modern management theories (Total Quality Management, Kaizen), quality improvement techniques (business process reengineering, Six Sigma) and quality process standards such as ISO 9001
• Has Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise/s
• Can balance maximizing C-sat while controlling costs, understand trade offs and can make decisions to reach set forth goals
• Has a proven track record of building and scaling highly motivated and productive global teams
