Job Description

The Corporate Controller is a key member of leadership who assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The Corporate Controller will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations, and interactions with our Private Equity partners.


In addition, the Controller will assist the CFO with ad hoc reporting and analysis. The Corporate Controller is accountable for the oversight of accounting operations of the company, which include production of financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.


Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of the financial books and records

2. Manage the workflow of the accounting department by completing, assigning and reviewing the work of the department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, accounts payable, employee expenses, account reconciliations, account analysis, and collection of accounts receivable

3. Assist with consolidated/company-wide financial reporting Participate in the analysis of budget to actual performance

4. Preparation and review of monthly Board package

5. Identify business process improvements, implementing best practices, and fully utilizing the capabilities of the Company’s ERP system

6. Lead the month-end closing process and GAAP financial reporting and related analysis

7. Assist Accounting and Operations personnel with a variety of projects, reconciliations and analysis
