As a Controller, you will oversee all aspects of finance and accounting for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Help implement new accounting standards when necessary
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for clients
• Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures
• Oversee financial record-keeping
• Create and execute budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports

Requirements

• CPA certification is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting regulations
• At least 8 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience with financial statement preparation and financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve goals
• Experience with implementing and maintaining ERP and financial systems
