Job Details

We're seeking an ethical and technically sound Controller to join our family-owned small business. As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to the President/Owner and play a vital role in our success.

Your responsibilities will include

• Managing general ledger and reconciliations
• Monthly close activities
• Processing payroll
• Handling light HR duties
• Producing comprehensive financial statements
• Overseeing AP/AR management

Our ideal candidate brings the following

• The ability to produce complete financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience is required
• Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite and GAAP knowledge are essential.
• 5-10+ years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing business, with a solid understanding of inventory accounting, manufacturing ERP systems
