Controller Jobs

An established, privately-held Consumer Packaged Goods company in St. Louis, Missouri seeks a detail-oriented individual with NetSuite experience to join a dynamic, creative team as Controller.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements for an established Consumer Packaged Goods company
2. Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
3. Ensure business transactions and reports (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) are processed efficiently.
4. Effectively use NetSuite ERP for financial procedures and reporting.
5. Evaluate the finance/accounting division structure for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Provide data and support for activities of third party entities (e.g. tax accountants).
7. Advise executives and stakeholders.
8. Lead finance/accounting team; hire and train as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
2. Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
3. Robust critical thinking skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
5. Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
6. Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
7. Self-motivated and collaborative.
