Job Description
Controller - Construction (On site)


  • Management and Financial Review Requirements.
  • Interacts directly with President, VP of Operations and Project Managers daily on cash management, job costing.
  • Lead the accounting team through daily accounting and monthly close processes to include monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, forecasts, cash flows and job profitability analysis.
  • Accounting team leader tasked with development and implementation of new policies, procedures and processes and their integration.
  • Responsible for Payroll Administration, HR Administration, Insurance
  • Handled financial audit and preparation of income tax returns with outside CPA firm.
  • Responsible for ongoing coordination and annual renewal of workers compensation, auto, property and general liability insurance.
  • Point of contact with outside CPA firm, banks, corporate lenders, surety agents.


Requirements:


  • Supervisory experience
  • ERP System (SAGE/Timberline preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • Previous Construction or Industry related experience (Subcontractor)


Base salary 115k-125k plus Benefits. This position is on site everyday.
