Location: Kansas City, Mo

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Tech who will be responsible for multiple areas of the factory which will consist primarily of breakdowns, breakdown assessments and planned maintenance of the factory as well as the reliability of the site.

What are we looking for?

• Good understanding of Safety and Quality Management System requirements and processes, within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing operations is required. 
• You’ll also need to hold a Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Level 
• Ideally, you’ll have 1-3 years' experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturing

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Drive continuous improvement of equipment reliability, quality, and performance.
• Completing required paperwork related to safety, quality, and contractor management.
• Coaching of peers & operations team members to improve their technical capabilities.
• Support defect eliminations through thorough root cause investigations and escalation where required.
• Effective completion of all equipment breakdown repairs, escalating any equipment deviations not resolved.
