Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for driving process optimization, implementing Lean principles, and improving operational efficiency within our heavy industrial environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct time studies, process observations, and root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Utilize Lean methodologies and tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen events, 5S, and Standard Work to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Lead and facilitate improvement projects, ensuring successful implementation and sustainability.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Lean methodologies and tools.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer.
