lululemon Studio is a hybrid fitness experience that allows Members to experience original classes and programs – from lululemon Studio and the hottest boutique fitness studios – right from the lululemon Studio Mirror, on-the-go via the lululemon Studio App, or in-person at our partner studio locations and lululemon experiential stores.


Formerly known as MIRROR, we joined the lululemon family in 2020. Guests can now experience the lululemon Studio Mirror in 200 stores (and counting!) across North America. Having the resources of a public, global company behind us, we’ll continue to grow rapidly with amazing workout content and in-home fitness innovation.

As lululemon Studio’s first Content Strategist solely focusing on Trainers and Ambassadors, you’ll own the strategy, ideation, and overseeing the creation of content that tells the story of lululemon Studio and gives the brand life beyond just fitness classes. Utilizing lululemon’s robust roster of ambassadors, Studio Trainers, and Partner Studios you will be responsible for recommending the best vehicles to disseminate this information in a way that engages lululemon Studio current and potential new Members. You’ll be joining our Marketing Team, and reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing.

Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days/week in our Herald Square Studio location.


How You'll Add Value:


  • Bringing the lululemon Studio brand and campaigns to life by partnering with our Marketing Team to identify when and where Trainer stories can be told and slotted into the 360 marketing plan
  • Ideating content and then project managing the creation process with external creative resources
  • Creating dynamic content strategies that ladder up to lululemon brand and campaign objectives and KPIs
  • Analyzing content performance identifying key insights and managing recaps; support industry trend research or opportunities to enhance our current strategy
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, PR, content, talent, and production teams to create and integrate content to wider marketing strategy
  • Identifying opportunities to storytell around key tentpole events, seasonal trends, cultural moments, and our evergreen fitness content


What You Bring to the Team:


  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects and partners at once
  • Experienced with social and content reporting, and well versed in correct Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong copywriting skills with flawless grammar and spelling
  • Strategic storytelling, you're someone who understands the nuances of different platforms and is able to keep the brand in the cultural conversation and ultimately drive engagement and brand affinity.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy and/or brand marketing
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly collaborative working style

Our Content Strategist hourly salary is between $130-$150 an hour dependent on experience, for 35-40 hours of work per week, for an assignment length of 6 months . This is based on the qualifications outlined above and lululemon Studio’s internal benchmarking. Our salary ranges are subject to change based on several factors, including years of relevant professional experience, location, associated certifications, and internal parity.
