We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Strategist to join our team at Kindred. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic concepts and campaigns for our diverse range of clients. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our clients’ objectives and our agency’s creative execution. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation ideas and a deep understanding of music, sport and culture we look forward to meeting!

Responsibilities:



  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment by working closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and production.
  • Conduct market research, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather insights and validate creative concepts.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal team members to understand business objectives, target audience, and market trends.
  • Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and analyze results to measure the effectiveness of creative strategies and recommend optimizations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, when applicable.
  • Share insights and knowledge within the agency and contribute to the agency's thought leadership initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication.
  • Provide guidance and strategic input during the creative production process, ensuring the final deliverables align with the agreed-upon strategy.
  • Translate client briefs into creative strategies that align with the client's goals and effectively communicate their message.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in new business pitches, contributing strategic insights and creative thinking to win new clients and projects.
  • Present and explain creative strategies, ideas, and campaign concepts to clients, ensuring alignment and obtaining feedback.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative strategy and marketing.
  • Generate innovative and compelling campaign concepts, messaging, and brand positioning based on strategic insights.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop thoughtful strategic recommendations for creative campaigns.
  • Create clear and inspiring briefs for the creative team, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the strategic objectives, target audience, and key messages.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing creative concepts and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the internal creative team, to develop and execute integrated campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, print, and experiential.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate campaign success.


Qualifications:



  • Experience working across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable creative concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and effective campaign strategies.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role within a creative agency or marketing environment.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software for research, analysis, and presentation purposes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Passion for creativity, marketing trends, emerging technologies, sports, culture and music.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
