Job Description

Title: Content Marketing Specialist


Work Location: Roswell, GA (Hybrid)


Role Description:


GreyOrange is seeking a talented, diligent and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our small but mighty marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, creating, executing and managing content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate and nurture leads. Your primary focus will be on crafting and editing compelling and relevant content that supports company growth goals and resonates with our customers.


We’re looking for an innovative and energetic professional, who will thrive in a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck environment. The right candidate will be a self-starter who does not need a high degree of hand-holding and can deliver content without constant direction.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support growth marketing, ABM and sales efforts with content for emails, web and other channels.
  • Independently create and curate high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, infographics, case studies, ebooks and more.
  • Create organic social reporting and analytics.
  • Conduct market research, understand customer personas and pain points, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Work with key stakeholders to plan, manage and execute the social media calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Support, develop and execute content marketing assets, campaigns and strategies that align with overall marketing and GreyOrange objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments/engagement across all channels.
  • Brainstorm stories and topics. Stay on top of the latest social media trends.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.



Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oktopost and/or WordPress is a plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling, clear and error-free content
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools
  • 4-6 years of work experience as a Content Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in a B2B marketing or digital agency setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
  • Experience writing for technology and or supply chain and distribution is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; Experience copyediting for non-native speakers is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in producing and managing digital content across various platforms, including blogs, social media and email marketing
