Additional Consumer Relations Assistants are needed this spring and summer to assist our clients across the Greater Philadelphia Region! If you have customer service experience, the ability to make small talk, and/or have ever thought about a career in consumer relations, we’d love to meet with you!

Consumer Relations Assistant Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will revolve around helping a brand reach local consumers to establish new relationships and maintain existing ones. Through memorable and meaningful interactions, you’ll help a brand increase its market share, improve brand awareness, and enhance its reputation.

Your main tasks will include:

• Learning about a brand and its target market
• Listening to customers’ wants, needs, challenges, and questions
• Promoting a brand in a memorable and meaningful way
• Brainstorming creative and innovative ways to reach the target market
• Using stories and examples to influence and inspire customers
• Learning how to approach and qualify consumers
• Presenting solutions to consumers and completing sales transactions
• Engaging in conversations with consumers to gather feedback

Pay and Benefits:

You’ll receive a basic wage plus commissions, bonuses, and other incentives for achieving and surpassing targets. Average initial weekly earnings are $750-900.
