Responsibilities

A. Keep company software updated with current information.

B. Schedule multiple projects appointments accurately to be complete and on-time.

C. Process requests with urgency and receive purchase orders prior to scheduling.

D. Prepare daily manifests.

E. Check in prior days manifest.

I. Reschedule open items and close out completed work tickets.

F. Communicate with customers and your team to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills especially with spreadsheets and outlook calendars.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and diligent to meet customer deadlines.
• 2 years of scheduling or customer service experience.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
