Job Description

** $100,000 - $180,000 Salary **


A self-performing Multifamily Developer are looking for a strong Project Manager to help run an exciting pipeline of ground-up wood frame multifamily projects across New Jersey.


The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Multifamily projects and has experience in running a project from start to finish.


Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
