Assistant Construction Project Manager

Our client is a large commercial general contractor with projects throughout the West Coast. They are looking to hire an Assistant Construction Project Manager / Project Engineer with commercial construction experience in their Seattle office.

Experience and Skills you need:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• 1-3+ years of commercial construction experience
• Project budget and schedule coordination
• Prepare invoices, estimates, SOWs, and more
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents
• Ground-up commercial construction project experience
• BS in Construction Management preferred
• Ability to read plans and blueprints
