Our client is a commercial general contractor with offices throughout the Central United States. They are looking for a Construction Project Manager in their Tulsa office to work on a ground-up commercial construction projects.

Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years experience in commercial construction project management
• Prepare reports on the performance and progress of projects
• Review change order requests
• Ground-up experience preferred
• Evaluate project costs and budget
• Create and review the project schedule
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• BS in Construction Management preferred

Benefits:

• Starting salary of $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
