We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Coordination:


  • Procure necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to establish project goals, scope, and specifications.


Team Leadership and Management:


  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular project team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and internal personnel.


Project Execution and Control:


  • Manage subcontractor relationships, contracts, and performance.
  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Implement effective project controls, including scope management, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and resolve any issues.


Client and Stakeholder Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns, requests, and change orders effectively and efficiently.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.


Financial Management:


  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance objectives are met.
  • Monitor project costs, track variances, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely project financial reports.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, successfully delivering construction projects.
