Job Description

Construction Project Executive Role - $200k - $270k Salary


Our Client is the largest General Contractor in Massachusetts! They need a Project Executive on board to run Multiple K-12 and Commercial projects ranging from $300 Million - $1.2 Billion!


Ideal Candidate should have experience in one or more of these sectors:

  • Experience on K-12 149a Projects on a large scale
  • Commercial Construction Experience on a large scale


Our Client is renowned for doing the biggest and best projects to an exceptional standard in multiple different construction spaces!


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in the lead role on projects valued at $100 million+
  • Run large scale ($100M+) projects with teams of varying sizes
  • Strong technical and communication skills are critical


Responsibilities:

  • Directs and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc
  • You will be establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
  • Manages critical issues
  • Enforces project reporting requirements
  • Assumes overall accountability for job-site safety and quality
  • Project Executive Responsibilities
