Engineering Graduates Needed ASAP!

We are hiring 20 Spring 23' graduates for construction engineering

roles!

Description:

Will be working on engineering design specification update and

systems installation specification placements for a Global Mechanical

Electrical Process (MEP) Design/Build Construction firm that has been in

business for over 40 years with operations in North America, Taiwan,

Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and various other countries. This role is in

Phoenix AZ.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree from a major U.S University by June 16th, 2023,

in one of the following:

Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Construction Management

-Must be a US Citizen (not open to VISA Sponsor)

H1B does not qualify, F-Type VISA does not qualify, OPT VISA does

not qualify, Work Authorization does not qualify, and NAFTA (Mexican national

or Canadian National) type VISA does not qualify currently

-Must reside in Arizona or be willing to relocate to Arizona ASAP

– this is an onsite role.

This is a W2’d role, not a contracted role, we will not consider

1099 or candidates seeking to partner through an LLC or S corp.

-Start date: June 26th, 2023

-Proper Communication Skills

- Able to articulate design and specifications to trades

(electricians, pipefitters, welders, system installers, mechanical millwrights,

plumbers)

-Able to work in a high pressure & fast paced environment with

a culturally diverse organization.

-Must be organized and can multi-task

- Willing to work some 10+hour days and occasional weekends

- No previous felonies

-Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

-Will be required to sign an intellectual property confidentiality

agreement

-Must complete Site Safety Orientation class

Skills:

-Read IP&D drawings, read and interpret AutoCAD/Solid works

drawings, diagrams, and system related specification sheets

- Need a basic understanding of one or several of the following

mechanical and electrical systems and connectivity principles (MAU’s, Power

systems, Electrical Switch Gear, Industrial HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Pressure

Systems, Process Systems, Machine and Building Control Systems, Structural

Systems, Fire Protection and Suppression Systems, Piping Systems, Support

Columns, Interior Build out Systems

Experience at a semiconductor facility, or for any

commercial/industrial construction firm is a plus.

Additional Skills Highly Desirable:

Multi-lingual English and either (Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese) –

if you can speak or understand at a basic level “Mandarin” and are fluent in

English that works.

Benefits:

Pay: Salaried position starting at $60,000.00 to $75,000.00

depending on bachelor’s degree discipline and background

Hours: M-Sat (M-F 9 hours per day, Saturday = variable)
