Construction Coordinator Jobs

We are currently seeking a Construction Coordinator for our clients Construction division, who will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction projects, from pre-construction to completion
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed within the given time frame and budget
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain communication with project stakeholders regarding project progress, changes, and updates
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide site supervision and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and relevant regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project coordination
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
