RICON is a full-service site-utility contractor specializing in the simplest of excavation projects to the most complex roadway and utility upgrades.
We are seeking to hire a Project Administrative Assistant.
- Must have general knowledge in the Road Construction field.
- Good communication skills.
- Applicant must be well organized and able to multitask
- Must also be proficient in Excel and Word.
Typical :
- Gather pricing and all necessary information in order to help prepare proposals
- Attend meets when requested.
- Bid preparation
- Material Pricing & Ordering as needed
- Assist Project Superintendents to ensure project stays on schedule and on budget
- Subcontractor Contracts & Scheduling
- Process Submittals
- Assist Superintendents with Schedule updates
- Compile all required documents for awarded projects
- Provided project workplans when required by project.
- Assist with contract buyout and administrative functions & processes.
- Assist with any issues that may arise during the project.
- Project Administration & Coordination
- Certificates of Compliance Submissions
- Project Administration & Coordination - will coordinate and handle administrative tasks for each assigned project to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow as well as scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Preparing Project Documentation - Kickoff Documentation, Submittals, RFIs & misc. tasks

Immediate work available
Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
