Computer Equipment Tech Jobs

General Summary:

• Maintain and distribute store computer and/or computer related equipment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Repair and cleaning of small computer equipment
• Process equipment returns from the stores
• Distribute equipment in need of repair to designated area and pickup repaired equipment
• Setup equipment for new stores and training systems
• Maintain good relation with other equipment technicians and all departments, ensuring that the stores are taken care of
• Process warranty returns
• Send out equipment and phone related requests for the stores

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Always keep the equipment area clean and well organized
• Use of Powered Equipment: Fork Lift, Power Jack, etc (Training provided)
• Additional projects as assigned

SKILLS / EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / ABILITIES

Required:

• Microsoft Excel, Word and Windows 7 skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good Communication and organizational skills

Desired:

• Knowledge of Computer hardware
