Computer Aided Design Technician

CAD Technician

Salary: $25-$30/hr w2

Primary drafting duties will be for home builder clients in producing plot plans, form surveys and final surveys. Experienced technician should be proficient with topographic surveys, production builder lot stake/envelopes/final title surveys, boundary surveys and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.

• Prior experience with a home builder in either plot plans or starts department a plus
• Working knowledge of land surveying is MUST
• Associates degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent work experience
• Job Requirements: Must be proficient and have working knowledge in AutoCad. Civil 3D a plus
