Theoria's Compliance Department is seeking individuals to join its team to assist with healthcare regulatory compliance, risk mitigation strategies, policy development, legal research, and providing administrative support to its staff, all while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Shift Structure:
- Monday through friday, 40 - 50 hours per week
- 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage files for Compliance
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with compliance monitoring activities.
- Assist with HR investigations and other matters as assigned.
- Educate physicians and staff about relevant laws, regulations, and issues affecting the healthcare industry.
- Assist with regulatory filings, such as license renewals and government-mandated reports.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to Compliance as needed and as assigned by leadership, attorneys and compliance department.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with company personnel and third parties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Must be comfortable working on one’s own and with little direction or supervision
- 5 years minimum experience in healthcare field
- Excellent proofreading and typing skills required
- Familiarity with document review software and processes strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Healthcare organizations and physician and APP licensing preferred
- Familiarity with Google suite of applications strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management software preferred
