Job Description

Assists the Paul, Weiss Practice Group’s Portfolio Company Counsel, under her direct supervision, with the following: (i) track regulatory regimes that portfolio companies and client are subject to; (ii) track regulatory filings made (a) in connection with the sale or acquisition of a portfolio company, and (b) by client; (iii) coordinate with deal counsel, special/regulatory counsel, funds counsel, Client Legal and Client Compliance to help facilitate consistency of descriptions of Client, Client fund investors, and senior Client personnel, made in regulatory filings in connection with the sale or acquisition of a portfolio company; (iv) assist with responses to portfolio company requests relating to Client information for regulatory compliance purposes.

Salary:

$120,000-$135,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
